Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellation Policy: a. Clients may cancel their scheduled brand consulting session by providing written notice via email or the designated communication platform. b. Cancellation requests made [24 hours] or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any additional charges. c. Cancellation requests made within [6 hours] of the scheduled session may be subject to a [50%] cancellation fee. d. Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Rescheduling Policy: a. Clients may request to reschedule their brand consulting session by providing written notice via email or the designated communication platform. b. Rescheduling requests made [24 hours] or more before the scheduled session will be accommodated without any additional charges. Exceptions: a. In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical difficulties on the consultant's end or other emergencies, the consultant may need to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client. Refunds: a. Refunds for cancelled sessions will be processed within [7] business days. b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client. Client Responsibility: a. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and access to the designated communication platform for the online consulting session. Consultant's Responsibility: a. The consultant will make every effort to conduct the session at the scheduled time and provide the agreed-upon services. Changes to Policy: a.
